We sell Manuka honey in MGO strengths 250, 650, 850 and 1050 and all our honeys are the product of loving craftsmanship, ethical beekeeping methods and detailed adherence to all regulations and requirements.
Internal use: Melt a teaspoon of Manuka honey in your mouth 2-3 times a day or add to a lukewarm drink such as tea or milk.
External use: Apply honey directly to the affected area for as long as possible, or leave until the honey has dried up. Wash off with water and dry.
NOTE: Manuka honey should be considered a dietary supplement and is not a substitute for medical treatment. People with honey allergies, diabetes mellitus or infants under 12 months should not consume the honey without consulting a doctor.

We hand over the parcel to Swiss Post within two working days (Monday to Friday). In a few exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer. In this case, however, you will be informed by us in good time.
As soon as the parcel arrives at Swiss Post, it will be delivered within two working days (B Mail). If you opt for A Mail, the Manuka Honey will be delivered the following day (Monday to Friday only). Please note that this is the official information provided by Swiss Post. Totika Nature Switzerland accepts no responsibility for the postal delivery service.

For orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein from 2kg to 10kg:
The parcel will be sent with Post Priority (A Mail). The shipping costs are CHF 13.50.- per order.
Delivery takes place within Switzerland and Liechtenstein and is free of charge for customers with an order value of CHF 150.- or more.
